What is the lead time on ordering cabinets?

Lead times for pre-fabricated cabinets depend on a number of factors, including the size and quantity of the order, which supplier you’re purchasing from, what custom pieces are included in the order, and the number of orders the factory is processing at that time. Some cabinet brands can ship more quickly than others. For the most up-to-date turnaround time on orders, speak with our sales specialist.

What is the lead time on a custom piece of furniture?

Typical lead time on custom orders is 3-5 weeks depending on volume of current orders and the materials used for each custom build. Your sales specialist will provide a more accurate lead time once payment is settled.

What payments do we accept?

Payment for all products built by Carolina Custom Solutions are due payable in full prior to fabrication of any custom order, and please keep in mind that your prompt payment ensures on-time delivery.

What about pickup, delivery, and/or shipping?

Free pickup is available at our Hilton Head location once order is complete. Upon completion, your sales specialist will get in touch with you to set up a pickup time.

Delivery and/or installation services are also available within a 200 mile radius of our home base in Hilton Head Island, SC. Please ask your sales specialist for further details.

Shipping options are also available depending on the size of the product purchased, and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis with consideration of size and quantity of each order. Please keep in mind that shipping some items, such as custom built beds, can be extremely costly to ship and require professional assembly. In these cases, we reserve the right to refuse shipping.

Do we offer installation services?

Absolutely! Not only do we offer installation services for our cabinets and custom furniture, but our parent company Carolina Coastal Services (CCS) has been operating as a general contractor in the Hilton Head and Bluffton area for over 20 years and can take on any residential or commercial project.
